Advantages:

прекрасная квартира, все, как на фото. мы искали именно этот район и для нас квартира была расположена очень удобно. До моря 5 минут, до центра города полчаса прогулки, до аэропорта (при желании) полчаса пешком. Рядом много магазинов (Магнит, 5ка и местные небольшие), пара кафешек. А виды из квартиры и панорамные окна - отдельный вид наслаждения!
