Фонтан, розы, несколько детских, спортивных площадок, прекрасный вид на море, так же на территории комплекса находится магазин пятёрочка, кб, кафе, парикмахерские и пр. На территории установлены накопительные баки, так что проблем с водой нет. До моря 15-20 минут пешком, пляж городской а так же приветливый берег, лазуревый берег, пляжи галечные. До центра 5 остановок на автобусе. В квартире имеется всё для комфортного проживания, два кондиционера, два телевизора, мини посудомойка, аэрогриль, диван раскладной, кровать двухспальная, на всякий случай имеется раскладушка. Сдается помесячно, август, сентябрь, без животных.
