Есть двор где можно посидеть и пожарить шашлык. На территории расположены два дома, этот дом в конце участка, ещё один домик в начале участка. И между ними проживают хозяева. У каждого своя зона отдыха. Рядом продуктовый рынок
До центрального пляжа всего 3 минуты ходьбы. Вся инфраструктура в шаговой доступности.
