Уютная квартира-евродвушка с лоджией на 3-м этаже нового дома в тихом районе. До пляжа 10 минут ходьбы по тенистой улице, рядом продовольственные магазины, «Перекресток» и «Магнит». Квартира оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания, холодная и горячая вода постоянно, есть фен и банные полотенца. Из окна вид на сосновую рощу в соседнем санатории. Парковка у дома.

Спальные места — два дивана-еврокнижки (160 см), один из них на кухне, и диван шириной 170 см, есть детская кроватка (по запросу).

По дороге к пляжу (ближайший — «Красная Талка») находятся супермаркет «Перекресток», геленджикский дельфинарий, в соседнем квартале есть круглосуточный магазин.
