Advantages:

Нам все понравилось, расположение хорошее. Единственное, парковка на улице, но это я так понимаю не у многих есть возможность парковки на территории, проходя по улицам это поняли. Машину поставил рядом на дороге и не посмотрели, что там липа и вся машина теперь в каплях. Вот проехав домой 1600 км будем оттирать и вымывать
