Красивое место, набережная рядом, близость моря и разнообразных пляжей, достаточное количество магазинов, приличная столовая в доме, удобные апартаменты с террасой.

Disadvantages:

Окна выходят на дорогу, по ночам бывает шумно, также ночью шум от работающего газового водоподогревателя.
