4 этаж 6-этажного нового дома (без лифта). С балконом. В квартире очень уютная домашняя обстановка! Большая кухня-гостиная!
До ближайшего пляжа 15 минут. Около дома 2 магнита, 2 пятерочки, магнит-косметик, рядом сафари парк! Бесплатная парковка у дома.
Оснащена всем необходимым. Четыре спальных места: 2 двуспальных дивана, 2 раскладных кресла. Для детей имеются предметы обихода (горшки, игрушки, стульчик для кормления, различные принадлежности). Можем предоставить прогулочную коляску в аренду (есть различные модели). Автономное отопление, накопительные ёмкости в доме (вода есть всегда).
Курение осуществляется на балконе, в квартире нельзя курить!
Без животных!
Цена указана на июнь для проживания 2 чел. Большее количество людей обговаривается! Заселение от 7 дней! Берем залог 5000р. (он возвращается после уборки квартиры на карту).
