Дом находится в частном секторе, в глубине двора, поэтому у нас всегда тихо и не слышно дороги. В комнате всё удобства, душ, туалет, кондиционер, телевизор. В доме есть мангальная зона, беседка, кухня для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Вся инфраструктура находиться в шаговой доступности. Рынок центральный в 40 метров. До моря спокойным шагом с детьми 4-6 минут. Пляж песчаный и чуть левее мелкая галька.
