Сдаётся благоустроенная двухкомнатная квартира с видом на море, на первой береговой линии, в 300 метрах от моря. Открытый балкон с прекрасным видом на море и горы - вся бухта просто на ладони. Во дворе просторная бесплатная парковка, имеется детская площадка. До моря 5-7 минут пешком по тенистой аллее из пуцундской сосны. Пляж - галечный, а в море- мелкий песочек. Рядом находятся столовая (днем)-кафе(вечером), на пристани расположились палатки с курортными товарами, палатки с различными напитками, а также в продаже в большом ассортименте ягоды и фрукты. В шаговой доступности (500м) аквапарк Золотая бухта -самый большой аквапарк в России.
Заезд с 14 часов, выезд до 12 часов.
