Домик расположен в центральном районе города, в 10ти минутах ходьбы от моря, на тихой не проездной улице. Ближайший пляж "Саламандра", не крупная галька. Вся городская инфраструктура в шаговой доступности (Рынок, супермаркеты, аптеки, Фикспрайс, одежда, рестораны, пляжные принадлежности, экскурсии, Олимп, остановки общественного транспорта).
Дом отапливаемый в зимний период. Коммуникации центральные + резервные. Оснащение ТВ, холодильник, кондиционер,Wi-fi, оборудованная общая кухня, средства личной гигиены, полотенца.

Прекрасные, доброжелательные хозяева. Чисто. Хорошая кухня со всем необходимым. Туалет и душ в номере. Полный комплект постельного белья. Дополнительно принесли комплект для сна на диване. Поблизости есть магазины Пятёрочка и Перекрёсток.

Disadvantages:

Несколько долековато от моря. 15 минут ходьбы.
