В квартире выполнен хороший ремонт и есть всё для комфортного проживания 3-х человек: двуспальная кровать, раскладной диван-кресло , кондиционер, телевизор, стиральная машина, wi-fi, микроволновка, постельное бельё, полотенца.
В доме всегда есть вода (свои скважины)! Отопление автономное, квартира очень тёплая. Во дворе есть парковочные места.
