Отличное расположение, в новом жк. Выход на набережную на высокий берег с великолепным видом, буквально пара минут ходьбы. Центральная набережная с пляжами, тоже рядом. Сама квартира супер! Чисто, красиво, просторно, высокие потолки, светло. Есть всё, что надо для жизни и хорошего отдыха. Прекрасный вид с балкона. Вежливые, культурные хозяева. Рекомендую однозначно!
