Advantages:

Прекрасный ЖК, все необходимое в доступе. ЖК современный, каартира тоже. Не хватило мелочей: кондиционера на кухне (особенно важно в том случае, если на кухне размещение на диване на ночь - очень жарко, без кондиционера никак); в ванной нужно ограждение или хотя бы штора - при купании вода разбрызгивается; всего 1 полотенце на человека - для душа, для лица, для рук, для ног...как то не очень удобно; на кухне тоже нужно хотя бы 1 кухонное полотенце. Шкафа для одежды нет - а-ля гардеробная; с полками и 2 штангами для вешалок-плечиков

Disadvantages:

Все неприлично, кроме кондиционера. Также нужно что-то, чтобы самостоятельно сделать минимальную влажную уборку
