Advantages:

Место отличное: до набережной и правда максимум 15 минут неспешным шагом. Квартира соответствует фотографиям: новый и приятный ремонт, вся нужная техника. Сам дом тоже новый, во дворе есть аптека и круглосуточная пятерочка. Хозяин пунктуальный и положительный. Плюсов очень много, а из минусов могу выделить только шторы, которые хоть и защищают от света, но не закрывают окно по всей ширине, из-за чего в комнате с утра довольно много света. Лично мне это мешает, но кому-то нет, да и частично поправляет дело маска для сна. В общем, рекомендую квартиру, цена-качество отличные, хозяин отзывчивый, место прекрасное.
