Сдаётся однокомнатная уютная квартира на 4- этаже. На против самого большого аквапарка золотая бухта. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания ( 2 сплит системы, стиральная машинка, 2 тв, двух спальная кровать, диван раскладной для двоих, посуда). Постельное и полотенца выдаются. Рядом расположена красивая набережная с кафе и аттракционами до набережной 300 м. Во дворе есть парковочное место, двор закрыт под шлагбаум. На территории двора есть магазин пятёрочка, кофейня) возможно расселение до 4 человек. Минимальный срок сдачи от 5 суток. Все уточняйте пишите.

С водой проблем нет, вода поступает круглые сутки не по графику + в доме накопительный бак.
