Полноценная просторная двухкомнатная квартира в престижном ЖК «Альбатрос». Высокий цокольный этаж. Окна выходят не в общий двор, а в тихий проезд. Машину можно парковать прямо под окнами квартиры. До набережной 10 минут спокойной прогулки. В самом ЖК расположены практически все известные сетевые магазины, аптеки, алкомаркеты. Во всех комнатах и на кухне сплиты и ТВ. Можно курить, но только на кухне, при открытых окнах и закрытой кухонной двери. В этом полагаемся на вашу порядочность.
