Сдам половину дома 200 м2 ( 2 и 3 этаж) ,заселение от 3-х суток.Дом расположен в спокойном живописном районе Геленджика . Есть небольшой дворик. Парковка частная, бесплатная под камерами. Квартира оборудована необходимой мебелью , а так же есть постельное, полотенца, фен,одноразовые тапочки.

Кухня со всем необходимым оборудованием и посудой.Круглосуточно холодная и горячая вода.Квартира рассчитана на проживание 9-12- гостей. До моря 20 минут пешком. Рядом с домом остановка общественного транспорта, который ходит в любой конец города.

В шаговой доступности продовольственные магазины, Аквапарк "Золотая бухта", Сафари Парк, Винная деревня "Белый Мыс", Геленджик-Арена.

Звонки принимаются с 9-00 до 20-00 по московскому времени.
