Состоит из двух изолированных комнат, большой коридор, сан узел с душевой кабинкой, раковиной, унитазом и стиральной машиной. В каждой комнате телевизор и кондиционер, необходимая мебель. Обеденная зона со столом, холодильником, сву, газовой плитой расположена на веранде, утюг и гладильная доска там же. На этаже ещё один номер на двух - трёх человек, веранда с ним общая. Лестница на второй этаж винтовая металическая, есть ограждения и калитка при входе на этаж. Порядок и порядочность гарантирую, того же жду от гостей.
