Advantages:

Хороший гостевой дом. Чистая сантехника и белье. На кухне есть все необходимое. Гостеприимная хозяйка на ресепшене. Помогала во всем.

Disadvantages:

Вероятно, нам не повезло. Наш номер под самой крышей, в нем было очень жарко. Отрегулировать трудно - открываешь окно над кроватью, и тебя начинает продувать сквозняком. Закрываешь - одуряющая жара. Баланс найти невозможно. Вайфай в номере не ловил. На кухне, в коридоре, на лестнице - отличный сигнал, но не в номере. Ну и тащить вещи на четвертый этаж было тяжко
