До набережной на круче 200 м, до пляжей «Сады морей», «Метрополь» — 300 м. Установлен бак на 300 л — всегда есть вода. Квартира чистая, аккуратная. Курить нельзя. С животными по согласованию. Не сдаётся на 1 сутки, под вечеринки. Подписывается договор.
