Спальные места: двухспальная кровать, двухспальный диван, диванчик для ребёнка (150 см).
Парковка во дворе, за шлагбаумом.
Два накопительных бака, перебоев с водой нет.
Чистый, после ремонта подъезд. Лёгкий подъём на этаж (низкие ступени).
Купить разрешено на балконе.

Advantages:

Чистая, уютная квартира. Доброжелательные, порядочные хозяева. Очень удачное расположение квартиры. Пляжи, кафе, рынок, всё в шаговой доступности. С парковкой проблем нет.
