Уютный 3х комнатный домик, со всеми удобствами. Есть парковочные места! Находится в районе пересечения ул. Геленджикского проспекта и ул. Туристическая. Большая прихожая, кухня, комнаты. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания (посуда, чайник и тд). Вода круглосуточно!!! Установлен сплит. Вай-фай. Стир. Машинка. Перед домом стол в тени. Есть мангал (шампура, решетка). Тихое место все в зелени. До моря 10мин неспешным шагом. Один из самых чистых пляжей геленджика. Рядом магазин магнит, кафе, магазин "красно белое ", столовая, аквапарк "золотая бухта ", "только для семейного отдыха, шумные компании просьба не беспокоить!!! Вместимость 6-8 человек. Стоянка на 2-3 автомобиля. Дом сдаётся от 5 суток. Залог 5000р, возвращается при выезде. Можно с не большими домашними животными.
