Сдадим уютный деревянный загородный домик в мкр. Голубая бухта в лесной зоне снт «лесник».
Тихое, спокойное место.
Есть всё для комфортного проживания: кондиционер, душ, ванная комната, санузел, кухня (в доме и во дворе), стиральная и посудомоечная машины, микроволновая печь, бассейн и т. д. Также имеется телевизор с кабельным тв, wi-fi.
Имеется парковка наземная на территории дома.
Разрешено с маленькими детьми и большими животными (имеется вольер, оплата за животное отдельная по договоренности). Территория дома приватная, без присутствия посторонних отдыхающих.
До пляжа пешком 15 минут, до продуктового магазина 20 минут.
