Advantages:

Прекрасное, уютное, сильное, очень удобное шале в стороне от общей суеты. Очень доброжелательная, тактичная и аккуратная хозяйка Яна. Прекрасный вариант для отдыха, в 20 минут ходьбы до пляжа, 10-15 минутах ходьбы до Магнита и Пятёрочка. Парковка совершенно свободная прямо перед домом.

Disadvantages:

Микрорайон только отстраивается, не совсем ещё обустроен. Но нам это не мешало.
