Advantages:

Квартира большая, свежий ремонт, кондиционер в каждой комнате. Рядом Магнит, КБ, пекарня. Радушный хозяин, встретил, все рассказал, объяснил.

Disadvantages:

Нет межкомнатных дверей, мало посуды на семью из 5 человек. Пешком до моря далеко (были на машине, поэтому для нас не критично)
