Из окна вид на горы, тихое и спокойное место, до моря 900 метров. Рядом: аквапарк «Золотая бухта» в шаговой доступности, «Пятёрочка», «Магнит», «Красное & Белое», аптека. С животными не беспокоить. После 23:00 должна быть тишина. Приветствуются семейные пары.
Заезд до 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Собственник.
