Черноморский-2. Самый ближний к пляжам дом, 12 минут неспешным шагом до пляжа «Сады морей». Вся инфраструктура рядом. Кафе, магазины, детские площадки, прогулочная набережная. По дороге на пляж прекрасная часовня с небольшим сквером.

В квартире для комфортного проживания есть всё необходимое. Две сплит-системы, два телевизора, постельное бельё, полотенца.
Кухня укомплектована полностью.
Возвратный залог возвращается после финальной уборки в день отъезда.
Заезд после 14:00.
Выезд до 11 часов.
Другое время обговаривается по возможности.
Курение только на балконе. Просим гостей соблюдать часы тишины.

Квартира оснащена всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Квартира расположена в ЖК Черноморский, вокруг много магазинов, аптеки, салоны красоты, кафе, рестораны, развитая инфраструктура. Все очень понравилось, очень благодарны хозяйке Елене за гостеприимство.
