Advantages:

Чисто, свежий ремонт, новая мебель, удобные кровати(комфортный матрас, что всегда важно для отдыха).

Disadvantages:

Вход сразу в жилую комнату со двора. По фото это не было понятно. Пластиковая дверь на улицу- и сразу жилая комната.. В холодное время года неудобно. Было немного прохладно.
