Advantages:

Дом для компании 5-6 человек. Кухня со всем необходимым. Санузел на каждом этаже. До набережной Геленджика 15-20 минут ходьбы - проверено! Магазины в соседних домах. Небольшой дворик возле дома с мангалом, над ним крыша. Приветливые, внимательные хозяева.

Disadvantages:

Мне не хватило дневного света в доме из за тесной застройки домов рядом.
