Advantages:

Был ещё не сезон, не всё готово к приему гостей. В номере чайник, холодильник, телевизор.

Disadvantages:

На кухне очень грязно. На сайте «Суточно.ру» адрес дома 80, по факту 96. Последний дом, рядом стройка. До моря далековато. Если только остановиться на 1–2 ночи.
