Пляжи на любой вкус. До набережной открытого моря 1 минута, до пляжей метрополь (кемпинский), сады морей 7-10 мин. С ЖК черноморский сразу выход на тихую часть набережной к фонтану. На территории есть все: кафе, салоны, столовые, продуктовые магазины, пятерочки, детские площадки и тренажеры. Комплекс озеленен, есть аллеи для прогулок, фонтан и развлечения для детей. Детям здесь очень нравится! Недалёко от ж.к ездит бесплатный трансфер в один из самых крупных аквапарков европы "голубая бухта" и в"сафари парк".Берется залог за сохранность имущества 8т,возвращается после уборки в этот же день.
