По жилью принципе всё хорошо (для такой цены: 1900 в сутки на июль-август 2025 года). А вот общественный транспорт очень часто не дождёшься.

Disadvantages:

Комнаты получше проветривать, периодически перебои с электричеством и вода «питьевая» сильно хлорированная.
