Advantages:

Свежий ремонт, вид из окна

Disadvantages:

Я считаю что стоимость завышена! Проживание рассчитано на 4 человека, а по факту одна двуспальная кровать и 2 раскладушки! На фото шикарный диван, а по факту когда с него снять подушки внутри просто раскладушка! Очень сильно скрипит и раскладывается так, что спишь головой вниз. И еще подушки из-за большой щели проваливаются на пол. Были проблемы с электричеством, пару дней не было света и воды, на улице +38, мы с детьми, не помыться, кондиционер не работал и плюс на 15 этаж пешком. Хотели съехать и вернуть деньги за оставшиеся дни, хозяйка отказала, но сказала что при выезде вернет 15 тыс за причиненные неудобства. Мы даже выехали на пару дней раньше, но обещанные деньги нам так и не вернули!
