Имеется охраняемая парковка для авs appто. Видеокамеры. Территория дома закрытая и охраняется. Рядом с домом остановка общ. Транспорта, экскурсионные автобусы. Дом находится на территории санатория кр. Талка. Связь , звонки и смс через мах, смс , голосовые через whats app(по тел.сигнал плохой)
