Advantages:

Бронировали на 3 дня, в номере кондиционер, холодильник, санузел. Если идти на песочный пляж, то немного далековато, мы купались на ближнем. Парковка во дворе платная, но можно поставить вдоль забора. Рядом много общепита, да и не отходя от номера, во дворе можно заказать шашлык, пиццу и кофе с блинчиками.

Disadvantages:

Совсем мелочи типа, крючка для полотенца в ванной, наверное сложно назвать недостатком. Все остальное устроило.
