Advantages:

Удобное расположение, 5 минут спуститься от автовокзала. Встретил владелец Сергей, вежливый мужчина.. Вечером и ночью было тихо, никаких посторонних шумов и звуков. Выспался. Порадовал душ - очень мощный)) В целом доволен, рекомендую.
