Квартира в спальном районе. Спокойный и тихий район, рядом множество магазинов: «Магнит», «Пятерочка», «Магнит косметик», парикмахерские, «Красное и белое», аптеки и пивнушки, «Инвитро». Недалёко Андреевский парк и храм. Парковка во дворе — всегда есть места.
Во дворе есть ларёк с питьевой водой «Маркхотский ключ» и множество детских площадок.
Из окон вид на горы (14 этаж). До моря 2 км или 10 минут на машине. Остановка транспорта рядом с домом. Курение и вечеринки в квартире запрещены, с животными не принимаем — квартира чистая и уютная, сдаётся только семьям для отдыха на море.
