Advantages:

Достаточно много места. Заселили сразу же. Достаточно близко к набережной, рядом есть все необходимые продуктовые магазины, столовая.

Disadvantages:

Качество интернета отвратительное (по крайней мере на втором этаже), работать было невозможно. При заселении нам долго все показывали - это минус, когда с дороги приехал уставший и хотелось побыстрее лечь.
