Advantages:

Расположение шикарное! Из окна видно море. Милая хозяйка

Disadvantages:

Неудобные спальные места. Большой диван уже сильно продавленный, даже дополнительный матрас не спасает. Пришлось подкладывать кучу вещей, чтобы хоть как то яму выровнять. Маленький диван получше, но очень узкий. Для ребенка еще ничего, но взрослому место мало. Не хватает шкафов для одежды.
