Advantages:

Понравилось практически все, есть мелкие недочёты, но это мелочи. Территория хорошая, зелёная, можно спокойно посидеть в тени и попить чай. Кухня большая, места при готовке хватает всем.

Disadvantages:

Что можно улучшить - это извести тараканов на кухне, в остальном всё ок.
